Penza, 1 May 2021. PenzaNews. Andrei Luzgin, head of the Penza city administration, announced plans to launch river buses when the weather warms up.

“They will start working with the onset of warm weather,” he said in response to a related question at the 22nd regular session of the City Duma on April 30.

“Two river buses were delivered and unloaded at the premises of the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels. They will start working as soon as it gets warmer,” Andrei Luzgin added.
