Penza, 21 May 2021. PenzaNews. A memorial stele honouring Penza with the title of City of Labour Valour will be erected in the territory of the municipality. This was announced by the head of the city administration, Andrei Luzgin, on Friday, May 21.

“The monument will be located in the city centre. It is planned to be installed by September this year,” he said.

According to Andrei Luzgin, experts already started developing the design.

According to the press service of the city hall, the stele will bear the coat of arms of Penza and the text of the Russian president’s decree awarding the city the title of honour.
