Penza, 3 June 2021. PenzaNews. Philip Kharchenko from Penza region was among the winners of the 7th Russian Geographical Society's photo contest The Most Beautiful Country. This was said by Igor Pantyushov, chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society.
