Penza, 26 June 2021. PenzaNews. Kuznetsk limited liability company Mosty became a new provider of social rehabilitation services for drug addicts in Penza region. This is stated in a message of the press service of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Demography of the region.

“The provider of the social rehabilitation service is determined annually based on the results of a tender held by the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Demography of Penza region in accordance with Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 ‘On the Contract System for Procurement of Goods, Works and Services to Meet State and Municipal Needs’,” the text notes.

It adds that from July 1, social rehabilitation of drug addicts will be financed from the Penza region budget.

“A rehabilitation period at the centre will last four months,” the statement added.
