“It's a rare day off and I'm going to introduce you to my pets. This is my cat Timka, he is very intelligent and affectionate,” the head of the region wrote on his social media accounts, accompanying the message with a video.

“Soon I'll tell you about Kuzya and Alisa. I got all my animals from the street,” added Oleg Melnichenko.
