Penza, 6 August 2021. PenzaNews. The Penza city’s housing and utilities department once again announced an electronic auction for services to capture, keep and further use animals without owners in the city, after the previous one had been declared void.

The initial (maximum) price of the contract, as before, is 500 000 roubles. The source of funding is the budget of Penza region.

The deadline for the provision of services is from the date of the contract to December 20.

The electronic auction is scheduled for August 17.
