Branch of Russian Student Rescue Corps established in Penza region

Penza, 2 September 2021. PenzaNews. A regional branch of the public youth organisation Russian Student Rescue Corps (RSRC) was established in Penza region. The decision was taken at the 11th RSRC reporting and election conference in Moscow.

According to the press service of the main department of the EMERCOM of Russia in Penza region, Yulia Raikova, student of the Penza Cossack Institute of Technology, was elected to the post of head of the department.
According to the branch of EMERCOM, RSRC is one of the largest student volunteer organizations in Russia. It unites more than 8 000 activists from 67 regions of the Russian Federation. Students are specially trained to provide qualified assistance in emergencies, as well as for regular information and prevention work with the public.
