Penza artist Nikita Romanov, who presented his work entitled “Yesterday and Tomorrow” at the FormART street art festival, was not among the winners and runners-up, who are going to receive money grants at the end of the art competition. This is according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Education.

“The winners and runners-up of the festival were determined by adding up the results of the popular vote and the votes of the experts. The first place went to an artist from Samara region, the second place was shared by the Republic of Mari El and Saratov region, and the third place went to the Republic of Bashkortostan,” the text specified.

It recalls that during the presentation phase of the festival Nikita Romanov graffitied the building of the Penza Social and Pedagogical College.
