Penza, 10 December 2021. PenzaNews. Mass intoxication tests for drivers will be carried out in Penza region from 10 to 12 December. This is stated in a message posted on the website of the traffic police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.

“In the course of the events, vehicles will be stopped en masse to establish signs of a driver being intoxicated, followed by an examination or medical examination in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law,” the text said.

It reminds motorists that they can use audio and video recording to record possible illegal actions by traffic police officers.
