Dmitry Matushkin, the head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Penza region, solemnly handed the keys of a rent-free state-owned apartment to Artem Mukhutdinov, a graduate of the Moscow Academy of the Investigative Committee of Russia, who has been working as an investigator in the Zheleznodorozhny District of Penza since August 2021. “Solving the housing problems of employees is one of the components of the department’s activities aimed at providing all the conditions necessary for effective work, especially for young specialists,” the message says.

It adds that, according to Artem Mukhutdinov, despite a short time of work, which is only a few months, he successfully adapted to his work. Both the previously obtained theoretical knowledge and the help of a mentor assigned to him helped him to investigate criminal cases.
