Safety Seats for Children campaign to be held on roads of Penza region on February 14

Penza, 13 February 2022. PenzaNews. The preventive campaign Safety Seats for Children will take place on the roads of the Penza region on the coming Monday, February 14.

According to the propaganda department of the traffic police of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, on this day vehicles will be stopped for detection of possible violations of rules for transporting underage passengers.
“Children are one of the most vulnerable categories of passengers. In road accidents, they suffer much more than adult passengers,” the press release emphasizes.
It also recalls that violation of the requirements for the transportation of children entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 3,000 roubles.
