The world champion on boxing Nikolay Valuev confirmed that he would take part as an honourable guest in an open interregional tournament on boxing among pupils in memory of the Hero of Russia Roman Kitanin which will be held in Tamala of the Penza region from July, 28 till July, 30th.

According to the vice-president of the government, the head of the Penza delegation in the government of Russia Konstantin Oreshkin, the meetings with sportsmen and the heads of the region management and the discussion of opening of a boxing school in Penza will be held during the visit of the world champion.

According to the head of administration of the Tamalinsky area Sergey Morgunov, boxers from Saratov, Mordovia, Tambov and Penza will arrive in the Penza region.

Konstantin Oreshkin said: "Sportsmen of 1993-1998 year of a birth will struggle for victory".
