The chess player from Penza Dmitry Kokarev became the winner of the international festival in Izhevsk

Penza, 25 July 2011. PenzaNews. The chess player from Penza Dmitry Kokarev became the winner of the international festival the Cup of corporation "Center" of the stage of cup of Russia which finished in Izhevsk on Sunday, July, 24th.

Penzasportsman got 7.5 points and got 100 thousand rubles as a prize for the first place.

The vice-president of federation of chess of the Penza region Phillip Reppe informed the Internet service "Penza-sport": "More than 100 chess players from 18 regions of Russia and 10 countries took part in the competitions".

Earlier the chess player Pogos Nahapetjan from Penza took the third place in a blitz-tournament at the same festival. He got seven victories drawn twice and lost twice.
