Delegation from Penza will take part in the international forum "Russia — Sport State"

Penza, 6 September 2011. PenzaNews. 12 Penza sportsmen and trainers will take part in master classes on five sports at the international sports forum "Russia — sport state" which will be held in Saransk from September, 7th till September, 11th.

Trainers from the Penza region will take part in master classes. Alexey Mamonov and Pavel Alenin will take part in master class on Olympic gymnastics, Dmitry Korochkin and Victor Pavlov — on short-track, trainers Alexey Voevodin and Julia Voevodina — on heel-and-toe walk ,Evgenie Nikitin — on volleyball, trainers Andrey Sadykov and Dmitry Sitnikov — on tennis, trainers Alexander Zotov and Nikolay Vidjasov — on cycling-BMX and Roman Kirsanov — on bicycle racing.

The vice-chairman of the government of the Penza region Elena Stoljarova, the chairman of Regional Sport Commite Grigory Kabelsky and the teacher of physical training of school of №32 of Penza Ljubov Novichenko will also visit this forum.

It is planned to sign agreements with the subjects of the Russian Federation about allocation of grants to support sports reserve.

Annual international sport forum "Russia – sport state" is held for the third time. In 2009 it took place in Kazan', in 2010 — in Moscow.

Two plenary sessions, eight scientifically-practical conferences, nine "round tables", and also the seminar-meeting and the congress were organized during the first forum. The main themes of the conferences were increasing of the role of physical training and sports in development of human capital of Russia, perfection of system of anti doping measures and using of the international standards in sports, introduction of the information digital technologies, working out the basic principles and values of Olimpizm.

Total number of participants of forum is more than exceeded 3000 persons and taking into account sport and cultural events it is almost 300 000 people.
