Serdobsk, 7 October 2011. PenzaNews. Building of the stadium with an artificial covering is planned in the city of Serdobsk of the Penza region.

The initiative of erection of new sports object belongs to the governor Vasily Bochkarev who gave the commission to the head of regional administration Konstantin Makarov to define the site for the future football stadium.

According to the newspaper "Serdobsky News", a new field in the size 110 meters long by 70 meters board will be at the stadium "Torpedo". An artificial covering will be made at the expense of the regional budget, money for civil work will be allocated from the municipal budget.
