Penza, 11 November 2011. PenzaNews. The sportswoman from Penza Anastasiya Zueva became the champion of Russia on swimming on short water on a distance of 50 m on back on the third day of tournament which was held in Volgograd, on Thursday, November, 10th.

According to the Internet edition "Penza-sports", her result is 27.01 seconds. This gold medal was her second one. On the second day of the tournament the representatives of the Penza region Sergey Fesikov and Anastasiya Zueva became the champions of Russia in short water swimming. Sergey Fesikov won a gold medal on a distance of 50 m freestyle — 21.09 seconds and Anastas Zueva was the best in a hundred-meter race on a back — 57,65 seconds.

On November, 10th one more Penza sportswoman Olga Kluchnikova won a silver medal on a distance of 100 m complex swimming — 1 minute 0.96 seconds. Veronica Popova from St.-Petersburg succeeded her. The third place was taken by Ekaterina Andreeva from the Vladimir region with the result 1 minute 1.35 seconds.

Women team of the Penza region including Anastasiya Aksenova, Anastasiya Zueva, Ekaterina Umenova and Olga Kluchnikova won a bronze medal in the combined relay race 4 times 50 meters.
