Penza swimmers won 29 medals Championship and Cup of Volga Federal District

Penza, 14 February 2012. PenzaNews. Penza sportsmen won 29 different medals of Championship and Cup of Volga Federal District which took place in Yoshkar-Ola.

“Our swimmers won 9 gold, 9 silver and 11 bronze medals,” said Olga Kolesnikova, the head of the press-service of main federal inspector for the Penza region.

She specified that 20 Penza sportsmen qualified for international competitions for All-Russia Federation of swimming prizes which will take place in St.-Petersburg in March.
