Penza, 23 February 2012. PenzaNews. Designing of the ice stadium calculated on 5.5 thousand of spectators started in Penza. The chairman of committee on physical training, sports and tourism of the Penza region Grigory Kabelsky informed about it during the press conference before the match for “Generation Cup” which will take place in a sport complex “Diesel Arena” on Thursday, February 23.

Grigory Kabelsky explained that the ice stadium will be situated in microdistrict Arbekovo near sport center “Burtasy.”

As he said, it will be constructed on conditions of co-financing. 50 % of money resources will arrive from the federal budget in the area of the program of chemical disarmament, second half will be allocated from the regional budget.

“It is supposed that the sports object will be erected within two-three years,” said the head of regional sport committee.
