Penza, 20 March 2012. PenzaNews. The student of the Penza school of the higher sports skills Ilya Gorodnichev finished first at the international bicycle race "Gran Premio San Giuseppe" that took place in the Italian city of Montecassiano.

According to Julia Volkonitina, the Press Secretary of the regional sport committee, the sportsman got 40 points of international rating UCI Europe Tour.

The spokeswoman specified that from 174 racers who took part in appeared 170 km race, only 39 sportsmen finished.
