Penza, 29 March 2012. PenzaNews. The chairman of physical culture, sports and tourism committee of the Penza region Grigory Kabelsky urged local hockey fans to organize an official fan club.

"There are attempts to make it now, the charter is even developed, and this work is necessary to finish," the head of regional sport committee told during the meeting with fans on Thursday, March 29.

Answering the questions of possibility to reserve tickets for matches of the Penza hockey club "Diesel" for fans in advance, Grigory Kabelsky declared that fans of hockey need to choose the head of their association officially.

"I want a person appear who is respected trusted among you with whom the sport committee could carry on negotiations," Grigory Kabelsky noted and emphasized that untill fans have no officially registered organization, interaction is extremely difficult to carry out.
