Penza, 6 April 2012. PenzaNews. Penza hockey club "Diesel" was fined 100 thousand rubles for bad quality of ice in the sports and entertainment complex “Diesel-Arena.”

According to the office of High Hockey League, the administration of the Penza team couldn't provide the conditions necessary for normal a match of HHL championship and provide with qualitative ice surface.

"For repeated violation of sub item 1.23 of item 1 of art. 66 of HHL regulations hockey club "Diesel" (Penza) got penalties," reported on an official site of HHL.
