Penza divers won gold medal of European Championship

Penza, 21 May 2012. PenzaNews. Penza sportsmen Evgeny Kuznetsov and Ilya Zakharov won European Championship on diving. The forth day of the Championship ended in Dutch Eindhoven on Friday, May 18.

According to the press secretary of the regional sport committee Julia Volkonitina, Evgeny Kuznetsov and Ilya Zakharov became the best in the men’s three-meter synchro springboard with a score of 445.92 points.

The spokesperson also added that Penza sportswoman Nadezhda Bazhina won bronze in the women’s one-meter springboard having scored 275.15 points.
