Former Canadian League forward to play for Penza Diesel

Penza, 23 August 2012. PenzaNews. Penza Hockey Club Diesel signed a contract with 21-year-old Andrei Kuchin from CSKA who had played in North America for Sudbury Wolves team from the Canadian Hockey League since 2009.
According to the press service of the Penza hockey club Diesel, Andrei Kuchin was a leader in that club, having spent over129 matches and gaining 122 points.
“Prior to his departure overseas, the forward had played a few matches, defending the colors of Vityaz from Chekhov,” explained the press service.
The press service added that centre forward Airat Ziazov had also arrived to play for Diesel.
“In the 2011–2012 season, he played for Ariada-Akpars from Volzhsk and spent 48 matches, scoring four goals and making the same amount of assists,” the press service of the Penza hockey club Diesel concluded.
