Penza, 7 September 2012. PenzaNews. Penza professional Hockey Club Diesel was allowed to participate in the championship of the Highest Hockey League 2012–2013 conditionally. According to the press service of HHL, the decision was made at a meeting of the board and the general committee of the members of HHL. “The same measures as in the case with Diesel were taken against Sputnik from Nizhny Tagil. If the clubs do not submit financial guarantees in the proper amount by September 30, they will be penalized up to the exclusion from the championship,” the press service explained.
