Penza, 7 September 2012. PenzaNews. All-Russian diving competitions in the memory of a distinguished coach of USSR Boris Klinchenko started in sports palace “Burtasy” in Penza on September 6.

According to the press service of the regional sports committee, competitions will involve 50 athletes from Penza, Volgograd, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Ruza, Saratov, Voronezh, Elektrostal, and Togliatti.

“The competitors are juniors, 1994–1996 and 1997–1998 year of birth, who succeeded at the national championship in May. According to the results of all-Russian competitions, the national team is to be formed, which will represent Russia at the World Diving Championship in Australia on October 9–13,” the press service of the regional sports committee explained.
