As the Fighting Federation of the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews,” the competitions will be held at the Palace of Sports “Olimpiysky.”

“The tournament is scheduled for men in the weight categories of 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 and more than 90 kg. Winners will be awarded with diplomas, medals, cups and special prizes,” the federation said.
