Zarechny, 24 September 2012. PenzaNews. All-Russia Sport Dancing Tournament “Fireworks – 2012,” which gathered over 300 dance duets from 19 cities of Russia, took place last weekend in Zarechny, the Penza region.

According to the organizing committee, within the framework of the festival they held the competition for the Cup of the Volga Federal District among juniors in the 10 Dances program and the championship of the Penza region in the “Youth” group in the European program.

Representatives of the sport dancing club “Zvezdopad” from Zarechny won 30 awards, including the Cup of the Volga Federal District, granted to Daniil Makarkin and Daria Shindina.

Summing up the results, the main judge of the tournament vice president of the Dance Sport Federation of Russia Yuri Sivers noted the high professional level of organization of the event and assured that he would apply for Zarechny to be the place of competitions and championships of Russia.
