Penza cyclist took bronze in championship of Russia

Penza, 3 October 2012. PenzaNews. Alumni of Penza School of the Highest Sports Skills Elena Bocharnikova took bronze in the cycling competition within the Championship of Russia in individual mountain race in Maykop.

According to the press service of the Russian Cycling Federation, Elena Bocharnikova won a bronze medal after two rounds of competitions, gaining 40 points overall.

“The winner became Anna Evseeva from the Volgograd region, silver was taken by the athlete from Khabarovsk Aizhan Zhaparova,” informed the press service.

The contestants covered 16-kilometer distance.
