Budget of Penza rugby club “Empire” may be reduced by 75%

Penza, 7 November 2012. PenzaNews. According to the press service of the team, Penza “Empire” rugby club financing may be cut down.

“According to yet unconfirmed information, club’s budget will be cut down by 75% making 5 million rubles. More accurate data are likely to be known after city council session, which is scheduled for November 16,” explained “Empire” rugby club.

The club also stressed that the decision to cut down funding could be a serious blow to Penza rugby in general.
