Boxer from Kuznetsk won silver at national competition

Penza, 12 November 2012. PenzaNews. Athlete from Kuznetsk, the Penza region Timerkhan Almakaev won a silver medal at Russian national boxing tournament for the prizes of Honored Master of Sports Nikolay Khromov which ended at the Palace of Sports “Olympus” in Ivanteevka, the Moscow region on Sunday, November 11.

Two more boxers from Penza won bronze medals: Nikita Belyaev from Zarechny and Maxim Makarov from Kuznetsk.

Over 120 young men aged 14–15 years from 19 regions of Russia and Kazakhstan took part in the tournament, reported the Internet service “Penza-Sport.”
