Penza, 19 November 2012. PenzaNews. Penza rugby club “Empire” will not participate in the games of the final third round of Russian Rugby Championship-7, which will be held on November 23–24 in Krymsk.

This decision was taken by the management of the team when it became known that the club’s budget will be cut down.

According to the Internet service “Penza-Sport,” “Empire” took tenth place at the first round, and seventh place at the second stage.

Following the two rounds, “Empire” is in eighth place with 20 points.
