“The club is located on the first floor of the house in Kommunisticheskaya St. Everything is ready here for chess and checkers sessions and competitions,” commented the Chairman of Penza Sports Federation of individuals with musculoskeletal system lesion Vladimir Novikov.

He specified that the representatives of the regional government, and the people who helped creating the club would attend the opening ceremony.
