Penza, 25 January 2013. PenzaNews. Penza athlete Tamara Balabolina came tenth at the final stage of the World Cup 2012–2013 in track cycling.

The championship was held in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

The first place was taken by American Sarah Hamer, silver winners became Chinese Li Huang, and bronze went to Lieyre Olaberia Doronsoro from Spain, the Internet service “Penza-Sport” reported.
