VIII regional festival on fitness aerobics to be held in Penza

Penza, 21 February 2013. PenzaNews. VIII region festival on fitness aerobics among students of educational institutions of the region will take place in sports and recreation complex “Olimp” in Penza on Friday, February 22.

According to the Ministry of Education of the Penza region, around 30 teams representing various municipalities are intending to participate in the competition.

“The winners will be determined in the categories “Step Aerobics” and “Hip-Hop Aerobics” in each of three age groups: 11–13, 14–16 and over 17 years old,” the department explained to news agency “PenzaNews.”

The Ministry noted that the competitions would be judged according to the technical rules of the International Federation of Sports, Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF).
