“In 2013, the traditional crystal cup “Sura” was held simultaneously with the Cup of the Department of Education,” the director of competitions Evgeny Dergachov commented.

According to him, the bottom age-limit for the participants of the championship was six years old.

“Traditionally, four types of motorcycles could participate. This year, a so-called “national” type was included, the category of which united beginner-racers of up to 15 years old — they have already mastered minimum skills, but are not ready to show a serious level,” the agency interlocutor stressed.

Evgeny Dergachov added that each type has already had two laps.
