Penza, 5 June 2013. PenzaNews. Five Penza rugby players will perform at IRB Nations Cup in Romania as a part of the Russian rugby team.

These athletes are Andrei Polivalov, Sergei Sekisov, Artyom Fatakhov, and Sergei Yanyushkin, who are currently playing for Kazan club “Strela-Agro,” and Evgeny Matveyev from “VVA-Podmoskovje.”

All these athletes at some point used to play for rugby teams “Penza” and “Empire.”

The national team will fly to Bucharest on Wednesday, June 5. The match with the host-team will be held on Saturday, June 8. The games with Italian athletes and rugby players from Argentina are scheduled for June 12 and 16, the Internet service “Penza-Sport” reported.
