Penza triathlete Vladimir Turbaevsky becomes winner of Asian Cup in Kazakhstan

Penza, 26 June 2013. PenzaNews. Penza athlete Vladimir Turbaevsky won the stage of the Asian Cup Triathlon in Kazakhstan.

He managed to cover the distance in 55 minutes 56 seconds taking over Ukrainian Anton Vitolin by six seconds. The third place belongs to Kirill Uvarov from Kazakhstan, who finished 12 seconds after the race leader.

40 athletes from nine countries took part in the competition.

It is planned that the next stage of the Asian Cup will also be held in Kazakhstan on Sunday, July 7, the Internet service “Penza-Sport” reported.
