In the semi-final competition the young man gave in to Daniil Losev from Yakutia, 8:10, who later lost to Dmitri Marutkin in a champion fight.

According to the president of Boxing Federation of Zarechny Yuri Chernikov, Timerkhan Almakaev justified hopes.

“The boxer got a place in the national team of Russia and confirmed the title of Candidate Master of Sports,” he said.

Zarechny athlete became the only one from four Penza boxers who performed at Spartakiada contests and managed to get into the top three winners, the Internet service “Penza-Sport” reported.
