Penza, 6 August 2013. PenzaNews. Alexander Gruzinov, a Police Lieutenant from Penza, will take part in a cross-country race at a distance of 5 miles that will be organized in the framework of the XV World Police and Fire Games in Northern Ireland on Tuesday evening, August 6.

“As a result of cross-country race for 10 miles held on Sunday, August 4, the employee of the State traffic inspectorate managed to take fourth place,” the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Penza region told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The ministry added that one more member of the department – Police Major Pavel Shcheglov – also became a member of the Russian team.

“He will compete in benchpress and deadlift, which is scheduled for Thursday, August 8,” said the press service.
