Penza, 9 August 2013. PenzaNews. Officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Penza region won three medals at the World Games among firefighters and police officers in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

“Police Lieutenant Alexander Gruzinov came third in 5-kilometer cross-country race,” the press service of the department told news agency “PenzaNews.”

The department added that the police Major Pavel Shcheglov won two medals.

“In bench press, weight category over 125 kg, he won gold with 187 kg, and in deadlift Pavel became a silver champion lifting 255 kg,” the press service pointed out.
