Penza karateka Suren Oganyan wins gold at Russian Cup

Penza, 13 August 2013. PenzaNews. Penza karateka Suren Oganyan won gold medal at the championship of Russia in karate WKF among boys and girls, and juniors in the age group 16–17 years old.

Moreover, two more representatives of the region – Zarechny Children’s and Youth Sports School graduate Vadim Meshcheryakov and Penza athlete Alexander Karchev – won the competition that ended in Omsk.

The competition was a selection stage of the World Championship among cadets and juniors, which will be held in Spain in November, the Internet service “Penza-Sport” reported.
