Hockey players of Penza “Diesel” left for first games of Major Hockey League

Penza, 10 September 2013. PenzaNews. The players of Penza hockey club “Diesel” left for the first games of the Major Hockey League championship on Tuesday, September 10.

According to the press service of the team, the athletes will follow the route “Nizhny Tagil — Tyumen — Kurgan.”

“The first game will be held on Thursday, September 12. “Diesel” is to meet their rival “Sputnik” from Nizhny Tagil,” the press service told news agency “PenzaNews.”

Twenty five people set off from Penza, and one more athlete is to join the team on the way. Four players were not able to take part in the championship due to injuries, they had to stay, the press service reported.
