Penza, 30 September 2013. PenzaNews. The Penza higher school of sportsmanship trainee took the tenth place at the Triathlon World Cup stage, which took place in Alicante.

The athlete covered 1,5 km by swimming, 42,6 km during the cycling race and 10 km running for 2 hours 5 minutes 39 seconds.

The British athlete Jody Steemson won the competition with the result of 2 hours 2 minutes and 39 seconds.

The Italian Elisa Betto and Rachel Clamer from Holland got the “silver” and the “bronze.”

The Penza athlete Elena Danilova had the 13th result.

54 female athletes started the race, 10 of them did not finish it, the Internet service “Penza-Sport” reported.
