Penza, 1 October 2013. PenzaNews. Several hundred Penza residents participated in the Russian-wide initiative “Exercising with Champion,” which was held in 22 Russian regions on Tuesday, October 1.

As the press service of the Regional sport committee told news agency “PenzaNews,” four zones in different Penza districts were organized to propagandize morning exercising among the public. The medal winner of the Athens Olympic Games, track and field athlete Alexey Voevodin, divers Igor Myalin and Olga Kulemina and swimmer Victoria Malyutina conducted the lessons.

According to the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, more than 10 thousand people across the country took part in the event.
