Penza, 4 March 2014. PenzaNews. Valentin Klyachman was appointed the chairman of Penza regional sports committee. This was announced by the head of the governor’s staff department and the government of the Penza region Viktor Rubtsov on Tuesday, March 4.

Earlier, Valentin Klyachman was the first deputy chairman of the committee. In this position he was presented to the public at a press conference on staff rearrangement in “Diesel” hockey club.

Valentin Klyachman is well known to the sporting community as the head of the regional tennis federation.

Further transposition of Artur Panteleev, the former head of the regional sports committee, is still unknown.

The department told news agency PenzaNews that the decree of appointment of a new head has not been received yet.

Valentin Klyachman was born in Penza on December 12, 1957.

In 1980 he graduated from Penza Civil Engineering Institute.

His professional career began in the trust “Penzapromstroy” where he worked as a foreman.

For years, Valentin Klyachman occupied leading positions in such enterprises as LLC “Stroydizayn consulting,” LLC “Plant of construction goods,” public company “Mechanization No. 1.”

In February 2014 he was appointed the first deputy chairman of the committee of physical culture and sports of the Penza region.

And he is currently the chairman of the regional public organization “Tennis Federation of the Penza region.”
