Penza, 21 April 2014. PenzaNews. Subsidy of 135 million rubles will be provided to the Penza region in 2014 from the federal budget under the program “Development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation in 2006-2015.”

Distribution of funds in the total amount of 4,9 billion rubles has been approved by the decree of the government of the Russian Federation.

“The funds will be spent on construction of objects of capital construction. The decree will provide co-financing for the construction of 114 sports facilities in 52 regions. Among them are 23 multipurpose sports complexes, 30 multipurpose gyms, 9 swimming pools, 15 ice rinks, 14 plate structures and 23 special purpose constructions (cycle tracks, roller tracks and cycle paths),” the press service of the Ministry of Sports of Russia told news agency “PenzaNewson” on Monday, April 21.
