Kuznetsk, 17 September 2014. PenzaNews. Over one thousand people from the towns and areas of the Penza region are expected to participate in a relay for the prizes of the governor, which will be held in Kuznetsk, on Saturday, September 20.

As the press service of the city administration told news agency “PenzaNews,” active preparation for this large-scale event is currently underway.

“Kuznetsk becomes the center of such an honorable and responsible sports festival for the second time. Up to 50 Kuznetsk athletes will take part in the most massive regional relay. The route goes through the city streets,” the city administration said.

The press service added that the relay will be divided into 20 stages: the minimum length is 180 meters, but the maximum is 480 meters.
