Penza sportsman Andrei Tersintsev wins gold of World Chess Championship

Penza, 24 September 2014. PenzaNews. Andrei Tersintsev from the Penza region won the gold medal of the world chess championship among persons with lesions of the musculoskeletal system, which finished in Serbia on Wednesday, September 24.

Athlete showed good results in the junior category.

Thus, Andrei Tersintsev managed to defend title of world champion, which he first won last year.

The tournament was attended by over 30 athletes from 11 countries. Russia was represented by nine people, the press service of the regional sports committee informed.
