Penza, 11 February 2015. PenzaNews. A new administrative case on non-payment of wages – for December 2014 and January 2015 – has been instituted against Dmitry Koryagin, executive director of the non-profit partnership “Penza hockey club ‘Diesel’,” states the answer to the editorial request of PenzaNews agency signed by Inna Kurnosova, deputy head of the State Labor Inspection in the Penza region, received on Wednesday, February 11.

It clarifies that according to the decision from December 29, 2014, Dmitry Koryagin has already been held administratively liable to a fine of 5,000 rubles for withholding salaries for club employees in October and November 2014.

The head of the club “Diesel” appealed the decision of the SLI in Pervomaysky district court of Penza, but the decision from January 27, 2015, left the administrative decision unchanged.

Currently, Dmitry Koryagin has filed a complaint to the regional court against the decision of Pervomaysky district court.
