Penza, 9 March 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza sportsman Denis Ablyazin has won the gold medal in vault exercises in the All-Russian gymnastics championship at the “Burtasy” sports palace that concluded on Sunday, March 8.

He split the award with Nikita Nagorny who represents Rostov-on-Don and Moscow.

Among women, Maria Kharenkova representing Rostov-on-Don and Khimki was the best in beam exercises, earning her third gold medal after the successes in team and all-arounds.

David Belyavsky for Ekaterinburg and Izhevsk was the best in bar exercises, Nikolai Kuksenkov from Vladimir won the horizontal bar routine, and Kseniya Afanasyeva for Khimki and Tula took the lead in free exercises, reports the press service of the regional sports committee.

Earlier, Denis Ablyazin from Penza won two golds of the All-Russian championship, in ring and free exercises.
